Motion to recommend approval of R-25-16 to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.
8.3. R-25-17: Updates to the Personnel Policy Manual
Motion to recommend approval of the proposed updates to the Personnel Policy Manual, per Exhibit A, to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.
8.4. Request for Proposals - TIF Consultant Discussion
Motion to direct the City Administrator to seek proposals for the services of a TIF Consulting Firm and to bring the results back to the City Council for consideration.
8.5. Hanford Insurance - Facade Grant Application
Motion to recommend approval of the Facade Grant Application for 119 S. State Street, for up to $7,085.75 in 50/50 reimbursable expenses, to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.
